I believe that there is meaningful data in every action, reaction and interaction, and am passionate about making sense of it.  As Head of Insights & Analytics at Bendelta, I lead services in applied research, surveys, assessment, data analysis, evaluation and review across all areas of people, customer and business insights.

My expertise is the triangulation of complex workforce data to uncover practical insights that help realise individual, team and organisation potential. I have a passion for making the complex simple as an architect of insights and analytics strategies, translator and communicator of actionable insights, and doer in the development of data collection, analysis and visualisation products and programs.

Importantly, my passion for and focus on data and insights comes from an even greater passion for and focus on people. I’ve honed my craft over the last decade in a consultancy that is deeply people oriented. This has helped me to find the balance between effective data, insights and actions, as well as creating the mechanisms and space for people to feel heard and valued.

 

As a Board-approved supervisor, I have supervised and supported 50+ placement students and organisational psychology registrars and am always happy to chat about how I might be able to support others.
